Apple Blow Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Applejack® Brandy
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 egg white
1 tsp Powdered sugar
1 oz Apple juice
6 oz Club soda

Apple Blow Direction

Pour the brandy, lemon juice, egg white, sugar and apple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain over a few ice cubes in a collins glass. Add club soda, and serve.
