Berta's Special Ingredients

2 oz tequila
1 tsp honey
6 dashes orange Bitters
1 egg white
1 1/2 oz Lime juice
soda water

Berta's Special Direction

Combine the tequila, honey, orange bitters, egg white and lime juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously, and strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with soda water, garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.
