120 ml Bacardi® Rum.html'>White Rum
1 1/2 oz White Curacao liqueur
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 oz limoncello Lemon liqueur
Mint leaves
caster sugar

Peel and slice the mango from the flesh & stone, place mango in the blender with all the ingredients except for the mint leaves. Blend until smooth & creamy. Serve chilled with a garnish of mint leaves.
