2 oz Scotch Whisky
1/2 oz pepperMint Schnapps
3 oz Club soda
1 twist lemon peel

Grand Master Direction

Pour the scotch, schnapps, and soda into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lemon twist.
