Healthy Eggnog Ingredients
1/2 cup egg substitute
3 tbsp sugar
1/3 oz evaporated skimmed Milk
3/4 oz skimmed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
3 oz Rum
Healthy Eggnog Direction
Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum. Mix well. Chill overnight. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 4-6.
