Kahlua Coffee #3 Ingredients

4 cups water
5 tsp instant coffee
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vodka
1 tbsp choColate syrup

Kahlua Coffee #3 Direction

Boil water, add coffee and sugar and simmer for 20 min. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Allow to cool, then add the vodka (or don't cool if you want some of the alcohol to boil off).
