1 egg yolk
2 tsp sugar syrup
4 cl lemon juice
Lemon Flip Direction
Add egg yolk, sugar syrup and lemon juice over several ice cubes in a shaker. Shake very well and strain into a highball glass. Add a straw, and serve.
