1 Vanilla stick
1 bottle red Wine
2 cinnamon sticks
1 bottle water
12 whole Black pepper
10 tbsp sugar
1 cup 192 proof alcohol

Bisp Direction

Let sugar, water and spices simmer for two hours. Strain. Add wine and alcohol. Serve.
