Black coffee

The 3 kinds of basic preparing for black coffee:

Filter coffee Hot water is poured onto the coffee and drips by a filter into the can.

Espresso Coffee with which hot steam is pressed by the coffee set.

Turkish coffee The coffee set is up-poured in the burette with hot water.

The 7 basis preparing:

AUSTRIA
Smaller (large) black ones / smaller (large) wolf - coffee without milk, small or large portion.
Smaller (large) brown ones / smaller (large) bear - like black ones, but with milk.

In Austria coffee is manufactured as Espresso, concentrated however less than in Italy. It often becomes coffee waiter, which is easily thickened milk (Maresi), used.

GERMANY & USA
Filter coffee, less concentrates than in Austria.

In Germany becomes Kondensmilch, which is more concentrated and milk used.

ITALY & FRANCE
Espresso, more highly concentrates than in Austria.

SWITZERLAND
Express - as in Austria.

Against all rumors, studies show that coffee and caffeine reduce the risk of Parkinson′s, and may even protect against Alzheimer′s disease and cancer, because it contains flavonoids and antioxidants.

In America coffee is the biggest source of antioxidants. We get six times more from it than from bananas, the largest food source. But if you notice migraines, abnormal heartbeats or stomach upset, you should stop drinking coffee.

If you want to drink coffee and also to protect your body (it is known that coffee pulls calcium from your bones), prepare it with milk (not cream) and without sugar.
